Gated property the gate is open during daylight closed at dark. Card key opens it Clean Comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Cameras for security also.

The host & staff were very friendly. At check in the manager provided some excellent sightseeing options that turned out extremely memorable! Another staff member graciously gave us a tour and explanation of the bountiful vegetable garden he tends. We would stay again!

There was people walking around all night getting in a car with no license on it leave & come back & forth it was 3 of them we did not feel safe at all. I don’t know what was going on in the room on top Conner too much going on

No breakfast offered
Great little motel, close to the airport and Graceland. No breakfast or coffee but it is a short drive away from any needs you may have. The room was sparkling clean and the mattress was very firm and comfortable. The room does have a fridge and microwave if you need them. The location is somewhat industrial but close to everything - the building is very secure with locking gates at night. The front desk attendant was very helpful and ensured we maximized the most of our time in Memphis by providing excellent advice on what to do.
The room we got was renovated and very comfortable. Great for the price. Had a guest laundry $2 a load. Close to Graceland can easily walk there. Security fences closed at night so felt secure. Owner was very helpful and told us what we should see.

Staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. One cas lost by the airline, had it delivered to the hotel and they held till we arrived. Walked to Graceland and short drive to airport for a very early flught

Everything was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good location for Graceland. The beds are comfortable, the room was clean.
Abusive treatment upon arrival. The owner was swearing and yelling at me upon arrival at 130am. After the booking.com website said NO PAYMENT NOW, PAY ON ARRIVAL, the man yelled that he didn’t care what booking.com said and he charged the wrong card used so it declined the sell. He then canceled the booking and tried to charge more for the room because it was his hotel, his policy and his rate. I was yelled at, called names, made to feel completely uncomfortable and threatened by an abusive little man behind plexiglass. Appalling behavior AND violating booking.com policies. Do NOT stay here! They will scam you!!!!! I got my license back which he flung out the little hole and said we would go somewhere else. He continued yelling obscenities even after I was out of the building. Despicable behavior from any human to another for no apparent reason.
